Pricing questions.
Yes. Once we've surveyed the job and sent a written quote, that price holds — unless you change the scope. If we hit something genuinely unforeseen behind a wall, we stop and agree it with you first. No silent extras.
Never for standard quotes and surveys. We only charge for diagnostic work where finding the fault is the job itself — and we'll always tell you that up front.
Bank transfer or card. Small jobs are settled on completion; larger projects can be split into agreed stage payments. A VAT invoice is issued for every job.
All our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years. Manufacturer warranties on parts are passed straight to you. If something we installed fails, we come back and put it right.
