Founded by a fed-up customer.
Our founder, Marcus, spent years fixing other people's shortcuts — dangerous boards, undersized cable, "certificates" that were never issued. In 2011 he set up Ironclad to be the opposite of all that: qualified, insured, and obsessive about doing it once, properly.
Today we're a tight London team who still answer our own phones. We turn up when we say, quote what we mean, and leave your home cleaner than the last trade did. That's the whole business — and it's why most of our work comes from people we've helped before.
